Secure Start Terms and Conditions

INGOT SC LTD is the owner of the trademarks and on its websites, marketing materials, agreements and legal documents, INGOT SC LTD may be referred to interchangeably as "INGOT" or "Rise".

Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer: The organizer of this Promotion is INGOT SC Ltd., registered in the Republic of Seychelles under registration number 8431005-1. INGOT SC Ltd. is authorized to provide financial services under Securities Dealer License No. SD117, issued by the Financial Services Authority. INGOT SC LTD is the owner of the trademarks and on its websites, marketing materials, agreements and legal documents, INGOT SC LTD may be referred to interchangeably as “INGOT” or “Rise” “We”, “Us”. INGOT is launching the Secure Start by INGOT Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”).
2. Participant(s): The eligible Participants of this Promotion are Customers ofINGOT who meet the qualification criteria specified in these Terms andConditions (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your”, or “Participant”). This Promotion shall be an addendum to the “Customer Service Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), and all Participants shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Duration of the Promotion: These Terms and Conditions shall govern participation in the Promotion, which will be valid starting from 31st March 2026 until INGOT decides to terminate it at its own discretion.
4. Structure of the Promotion: The Participant’s first trade will be risk-covered up to an amount of USD 100. If the Participant’s first trade results in a loss, INGOT will reimburse the Participant’s MT account for the loss amount, up to a maximum of USD 100, as soon as reasonably possible. The reimbursed amount can be withdrawable by the Participant.
5. Eligibility and Disqualification:
1. Eligibility
   The Promotion is limited to Participants with designated accounts who meet the following criteria, as determined at our sole discretion:
1. The Participant must be a new Customer who opened an account with INGOT starting from 31st March 2026:
2. The Participant must be a new Customer who has not registered or traded with INGOT prior to the launch of the Promotion.;
3. The account must be verified by Us through the account opening and onboarding procedures and requirements, as outlined in the Customer Service Agreement;
4. The Participant must deposit fresh money via any available PSP* for their first trade. Internal transfers between accounts do not apply.
   “Fresh Money” refers to funds deposited directly by You into Your account. It does not include transfers from other accounts You own or other funds, such as other promotions or campaigns. The deposited amount must be fresh money;
5. The Promotion applies only to the first trade, provided that it results in a loss within the duration of the Promotion, regardless of when the trade is made after opening Your account. The reimbursement will be processed only after the first trade is closed;
6. This Promotion may be utilized only one time. Multiple accounts created by the same Participant will be considered a single participation. If the Company determines, at its sole discretion, that a Customer has registered multiple accounts using different email addresses and/or identities, any bonus granted may be deemed invalid and subject to cancellation.
2. Disqualification
   If any of the conditions below apply, the Participant will be disqualified:
1. Combining this Promotion with any other promotions or campaigns conducted by INGOT during the same period as this Promotion (including, but not limited to, special promotions, etc.);
2. If the participant is an existing Customer that has registered or traded with INGOT before the Promotion’s launch;
3. If the Participant is an employee, officer, consultant, agent, service provider, or director of INGOT; works at its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, or related companies; or is a shareholder or partner of INGOT, they will be disqualified. This disqualification also extends to their immediate family members (i.e., spouses, children, parents, and siblings) and their representatives or agents;
4. If the Participant engages in any unacceptable trading practices, any market manipulation, or any act that does not comply with the policies, terms, and conditions of INGOT, as outlined in the Agreement concluded between INGOT and the Customer (including any provisions, instructions, and policies annexed to this Agreement under applicable laws), INGOT reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without any liability of any kind towards the Customer, to take any necessary action that the INGOT deems appropriate to mitigate or prevent such behavior. This may include disqualifying the transaction. The Customer must fulfill all requirements to remain eligible to participate in this Promotion.
   
   In spite of the above eligibility and disqualification terms, INGOT retains full discretion to determine who shall be eligible to participate in the Promotion and may disqualify any Participant at any time.
6. General Terms:
1. INGOT’s Rights and Reservations:
1. All decisions by INGOT regarding any aspect of the Promotion shall be final, binding, and conclusive. No correspondence, query, appeal, or protest (verbal or written) will be entertained;
2. INGOT reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who is suspected of or determined to be tampering with the entry process, participating in or operating the Promotion improperly, or acting in breach, or potential breach, of the Agreement or these Terms and Conditions;
3. INGOT reserves the right to change and/or amend the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion (or any part thereof) without prior notice or approval. INGOT further reserves the right, without any liability on its part whatsoever, to cancel, postpone, or suspend the Promotion at any time without notice or justification.
2. Privacy Policy: By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to INGOT’s privacy policy, which can be found on INGOT’s website.
3. Limitation of Liability: INGOT shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by Participants due to their participation in the Promotion or otherwise. Furthermore, INGOT shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, except as otherwise stated in the Agreement.
4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Seychelles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts of Seychelles.
5. Costs, Fees, and Expenses: The participants are solely responsible for all costs, fees, and/or related expenses incurred as a result of participating in this Promotion.
7. Disclaimer:
1. Neither INGOT nor its permanent or contract employees, officers, consultants, agents, service providers, directors, shareholders, partners, system operators, or those working at its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, or related companies shall be liable for any damages, losses, injuries, rights, claims, or actions of any kind arising from or related to participation in the Promotion, or from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prizes.
2. In no event shall INGOT, its permanent and/or contract employees, officers, consultants, agents, service providers, or directors — including those working at its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, and/or related companies — as well as its shareholders, partners, and system operators, be liable to Participants and/or any third party for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Promotion. - The information contained herein is of a general nature only and does not consider your personal circumstances, financial situation, or needs.
